Head Coach
Alex was born in Kyiv, Ukraine. Alex has more than 30 years of competitive and coaching experience, training at a specialized fencing schools in the Ukraine from childhood including Upper Specialized Sport High School of Olympic Reserves. He trained with Olympic Ukrainian coaches Oleg Tretyak (Stamford Fencing Center, CT) and Michael Shimshovich (Island Fencing Academy and Manhattan Fencing Center, NY).
Alex is a professional Fencing coach. He received a B.A. in Physical Education and Coaching (Fencing) with honors from Ukrainian State University of Physical Education and Sport. He received and M.A. in Physical Therapy with honors from National University of Ukraine for Physical Education and Sport. Alex also holds a Doctorate NUUPES, ABD in Physical Training and Sport.
Currently Alex is a Head Coach of TUFTS University Men Team, and teaching fencing at several High and Middle schools in Greater Boston area.
Alex is married and has four beautiful boys.
Senior Saber Coach
Eva has been fencing since 1996. She earned her first A rating at 15 and has held top 8 rankings in the youth, cadet and junior national standings. Eva earned a top rank of 11th in National Senior point standings. She fenced for the Stanford University Varsity Fencing Team from 2005-2009, serving as team captain from 2007-2009. Eva was a four-time Western Regional Champion and qualifier to NCAA championships. She is a three-time All-American. USFA certified referee. Joined Dynamo in 2013

Saber Coach
Jack is a former Dynamo fencer. Currently, a rising Junior at Northeastern University, studying computer engineering. He started fencing at the age of 12 and competed until the end of high school. During that time, he has fenced at tournaments ranging form HS to international cadet events. Jack is assisting with competitive and non-competitive programs. Jack is USFA certified referee. Saber Coach
Kiryl Kirpichou is a National Champion in Cadets and Juniors, 6 times member of the World National Team of Belarus. Joined Dynamo in 2023. Certified coach and USFA-certified referee.
Junior Saber Coach
Simon is the most decorated Dynamo's own fencer. Simon's most remarkable results include gold in 2016, 2017, and 2018 NACs, a bronze medal in the 2020 Junior Olympics, the individual bronze medal at U17 World Cup (2019 Bulgaria), a gold medal U17 Team World Cup (2019 Hungary), and top 16 U20 World Cup (2020 Germany). Simon is a member of the USA World Team 2020.
Currently, he is studying business at Wharton (UPenn, PA)
Simon is assisting will competitive programs. USFA certified referee.
Assistant Saber Coach
Liza is a Ukrainian National Team member. This season she joined Dynamo as a competitive fencer and an assistant coach of beginners and non-competitive programs.
Liza is a USFA-certified referee. Currently, she is studying Business at MassBay.
Assistant Saber Coach
Ben is a current Dynamo competitive fencer, he is a rising Junior at TECCA HS. Ben started fencing at the age of 8 and competes in US tournaments of all levels including the Cadet World Cup (France). Ben is assisting with competitive and non-competitive programs and is a USFA-certified referee.
Assistant Coach
Sasha is a former Ukrainian National Team member. This season she joined Dynamo as an assistant coach of Junior Team C and non-competitive programs.
Saber Coach
Harrison Hue is a distinguished sports professional with a passion for cultivating athletes and competitive communities.
From 2017 to 2019, Harrison served as the Technology Coordinator for The University of Notre Dame Fencing Team, and later became the Director of Operations for The Ohio State University from 2019 to 2023.
His individual achievements are equally impressive, having won four national medals including a NAC Gold.
Harrison is a high level USA Fencing and International Cadet certified referee.
He is a member of the Referee DEIB and Paralympic Resource Committee
