Dynamo Pre-Nationals Clinics

Dynamo Nationals qualifiers only! Registration open until June 1.
Clinic is designed for Summer National qualifiers and advance level fencers.
Clinic limit: 36 fencers
Full fencing gear is required.
Schedule:
8:30 am - 3 pm (lunch noon-1 pm)
Campers are required to bring an extra T-shirt, water, and a bagged lunch.

Our winter camps

Dynamo Winter Clinic

Half season through!
Clinic designed for intermediate and advance level fencers.
We are going to review technical and tactical aspects.
Games and fun are included.
Limit 24. Schedule:
Dates: December 30,31, January 1st, 2020
Time: 9:00 am - 3:00 pm (lunch break 12-1 pm)
Campers are required to bring an extra T-shirt, water, and a bagged lunch.

Dynamo Power Clinic

Power saber clinic for pre-competitive and competitive level fencers.
This is a great opportunity for young fencers to improve skills and practice before March North American Cup and other competitions.
Clinic limit: 32 fencers.
Games, drills, supervised bouts and video analyses are the basis of this clinic.
Schedule:
9:00 am - 3:00 pm (lunch noon-1 pm)
Campers are required to bring an extra T-shirt, water, and a bagged lunch.
American Fencing Alliance (IFA, SFC, DFC) members: $350
Non-members: $400
One day: $150
Family discounts are available.
Late fee including walk-in: plus $50.

This is saber clinic is created for competitive intermediate and advance level fencers.
Minimum 1 year of competitive experience is required. Drills, supervised bouts and video analyses are the basis of this clinic.

Our summer camps

Dynamo Summer Camp I. Creation

The camp will act as an introduction to fencing.
It will focus on fencing footwork, blade work, and rules, as well as general fitness and physical development. No experience is necessary to participate. The class is also appropriate for new fencers with a year or less of experience.
Dynamo will provide all needed fencing equipment.
24 fencers is a limit for this camp.
Schedule:
9 am - 3 pm (lunch noon-1 pm)
Campers are required to bring an extra T-shirt, water, and a bagged lunch.

Dynamo Summer Camp II. Evolution

Week two is designed for intermediate level fencers and high school beginners, and focused on physical conditions, footwork and blade work.
Dynamo will provide all needed fencing equipment.
24 fencers is a limit for this camp. Schedule:
9 am - 3 pm (lunch noon-1 pm)
Campers are required to bring an extra T-shirt, water, and a bagged lunch.
Dynamo members have priority in registration.

Dynamo Summer Camp III. Perfection

Advance level camp for saber fencers of all ages.
Minimum one year in competitive program is required. No exceptions!
Limit 24 fencers. Full personal gear is required.
Program:
- Conditioning training,
- group lessons,
- supervised bouts,
- video review
Schedule:
9:00 am - 3 pm (lunch noon-1 pm)
All campers must be members of USFA on the date of camp. Full fencing equipment is required. Don't forget to bring an extra T-shirt, water, and a bagged lunch.
Dynamo members have priority in registration.

Dynamo Summer Camp IV. Elite

Our special guest this year is Maestro Christian Rascioni (ITA)!

Christian is a native of Trieste, Italy. Rascioni earned his “maestro di scherma” (three-weapon fencing Master) diploma from the Accademia Nazionale di Scherma and the Italian Fencing Coach Association in 2005. Previously, he earned an Italian Olympic Committee Pedagogical diploma in 1999, and has also coached for the Italian national men’s saber team since 2004. Additionally, he has served as trainer for fencers from Venezuela, Croatia and Japan and has held fencing coach education seminars in Italy, Hungary, Bolivia and Mexico. Currently, Christian lives in Chicago and holding position of the saber coach at Notre Dame University.

Advance level camp for saber fencers of all ages. Minimum one year in competitive program is required. No exceptions!
Limit 24 fencers. Full personal gear is required.

American Fencing Alliance Summer Camp at The Westtown

Dynamo Fencing Center and American Fencing Alliance Corp (AFA) are pleased to invite you to participate in 2019 International Fencing Camp at Westtown, PA. 

More than 120 fencers, including National Team cadet and junior fencers from USA, Ukraine, Belarus, and Russia are coming to our camp this year. Fencers from other countries may join us as well.

 Camp info.

The Westtown School is one of the oldest private schools in Pennsylvania. Fencing gym located in Field House, and has additional full-size basketball court, exercise room, swimming pool. All training facilities are just two minutes walking distance from dorm. Dining hall is in the same building as an air-conditioned dorm with two-three fencers per room accommodation. School has its own land where they grow everything necessary for balanced nutrition. Three meals per day is provided. Campus has 24/7 security guards.
